Reverie is a virtual reality set of glasses paired alongside a mobile game application that blurs the line between augmented and virtual reality technology into one device. Reverie are technologically advanced eye wear glasses that will depict an augmented virtual reality that pairs with a mobile game that requests users explore real word terrains in order to progress in the game. The mobile game itself acts as a social device, just as it would in the real world, and allows users to friend others, collect inventory, and receive missions and quests to progress in the storyline and level up their virtual avatars. The eye wear are a streamlined version of a virtual reality headset that places heavy emphasizes on portability. The glasses do not restrict vision unlike other virtual reality headsets, but will rather take in the users surrounding environment and augment the reality to fit with the fantasy world. For instance, a typical pen - through the lens - would look like a traditional quill. This introduces a new method of storytelling for users and gamers, and allows a new layer of interaction in virtual reality that has yet to be explored. This brief will go explore Reverie's product and branding, establisht the mission statement, and the company overview. The objective of the brief is to define the plan for the development of the product and analyze the risks of the project and define the marketing, management and financial plans.
